Within the discipline of Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PR), we strive to integrate the practice and philosophy of PR into every area of a person’s life: where they live, learn, work, and socialise. Our goal is to support individuals in regaining purpose and independence within their communities.
OUR MISSION
The shortage of safe, quality, permanent, and affordable housing for individuals with mental illness remains a critical challenge in South Africa. Our mission is to provide 24-hour comprehensive care and supportive services for individuals living with long-term psychiatric conditions, helping to improve their safety, stability, and overall quality of life.
OUR Belief
We believe that every person, regardless of their background, culture, or beliefs, was created by God with a unique purpose. At CMHP, we are committed to walking alongside each individual as they discover and live out that purpose, with dignity, support, and compassion.
